SUSPEND AND DO NOT INITIATEFACT-FINDING INQUIRIES OR SEPARATION PROCEEDINGS, AND DO NOT TAKEFURTHER ACTION ON PENDING CASES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.3. THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE APPEAL IS PENDING.
