"Rudolpho," was wanted for murder and a variety of drug and gang-related charges stemming from a violent territorial rivalry between two gangs in Buffalo, New York.On May 5, 2011, the FBI -- with the assistance of multiple state and federal law enforcement agencies -- conducted a takedown of 7th and 10th Street gang members who had been indicted on dozens of charges relating to gang violence, drug trafficking and murder in the Western District of New York. Soon thereafter, Ramos-Cruz went on the run. Investigators say a national gang probably helped him flee.Ramos-Cruz, 25, is a 7th Street gang member charged with murder in the aid of racketeering in the killing of 10th Street gang member Eric Morrow. Additional charges include the use, carry and discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, and narcotics conspiracy.On Jan. 27, 2012, cops arrested Ramos-Cruz in Springfield, Mass., thanks to an alert AMW tipster.
